This year, members of the NIAXO team have had the pleasure of volunteering as mentors with the GEEP programme. A programme run jointly by the Windsor Fellowship and the Royal Academy of Engineering, promoting and supporting graduate engineers from under represented backgrounds through the job market to their first employed positions.

We were delighted to be invited along to this year’s graduation ceremony. It was a fantastic celebration of the students’ journey through the programme, with an inspiring talk by Raspberry Pi cofounder Pete Lomas FREng.

NIAXO would like to wish each and every one of the GEEP graduates luck and best wishes for the next steps in their careers. The future of British engineering is bright.
