In the run up to Armed Forces Day 2023, and as a result of our Military Covenant Silver Award status, Paul Brannon and Tamsin Pagella were invited to take part in a Leadership and Management Experience at RAF Halton.

They met some fantastic people and enjoyed the challenges set up for them throughout the day. A great opportunity to refresh knowledge, put skills into action and take some time out of the normal working day to consider how teams respond in differing circumstances and to different management styles. It was also a reminder of the wide ranging skills veterans and reservists have to offer.

Thought provoking stuff and a fun day in the sunshine. It was also a fitting way to mark National Military Week.
